Non-profit agencies can use breast cancer awareness design

Article Abstract:

The US Postal Service will waive fees so that non-profit organizations can use the design for breast cancer awareness on fundraising items such as mugs and tee shirts. The deign may also be used in a cachet for a first day cover on June 15, 1996 when the cancer awareness stamp is issued.

The incredible Bob Jones first days

Article Abstract:

Jones died in 1974, and in 1978 his first day cover collection was sold at an auction. He was creative and his combinations were outstanding. In one FDC, he combined the 1959 commemorative stamp of Abraham Lincoln with 20 other Lincoln-related stamps including one from 1880.
