Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX Macro AF: notable macro replacement adds 15 useful millimeters

Article Abstract:

The Sigma 105mm replaces its 90mm f/2.8 lens. The case's crinkle black finish is seemingly scratch-proof. The recessed front lens element protects from sunlight. The scale markings are less than effective. Test slides showed good contrast and sharpness with no flare. It is priced at $764.
