A way with waterlilies: in Orlando, Bill Frase tends a glorious collection

Article Abstract:

Frase bought his one acre-property in the 1940s. Despite the development of Orlando, he has managed to sustain his three water lily 'ponds.' His water garden pools are lined with concrete coated with a waterproof paste. His main concern is water evaporation in Florida's hot and humid climate.
