North Carolina's Outer Banks, beautiful islands which are barely above sea level, can be seen from several high points around the area. Among these are the Cape Hatteras and Currituck Beach lighthouses, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Parasailing and hang gliding also offer aerial views.

Step outdoors in Boone

Boone, NC, is known as the gateway to the great outdoors because of its proximity to several state parks such as the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Pisgah National Forest. Other attractions of the town is the Daniel Boone Native Gardens and Hickory Ridge Homestead.
