Ceramics: Prices rise sharply for modern English

Article Abstract:

English porcelain has always been one of the favorites of the collectors and in the 21st century collectors of modern English pieces by well-known designers at the major factories are pushing the prices even higher than those in 18th and the 19th century. Josiah Wedgwood that took over Susie Cooper's factory and Royal Doulton has evolved as a lifestyle company while Staffordshire-based Moorcroft and Lowestoft are other big names in porcelain art.

Internet creates a sales boom in holy relics

Article Abstract:

The dealers of religious antiquities believed that they restricted their activities to the sale of devotional items, such as icons. It is suggested that when holy relics are offered, they should be treated with deep suspicion. It is proposed that sellers of such items are increasing their sales by reaching to a wider audience through fully exploring the opportunity of the Internet.
