Good service still exists

Article Abstract:

Service is at the heart of maintaining customer loyalty and businesses that abide by this credo usually keep their customers for life. Contrasts can be drawn between Framco Ace Hardware store and Home Depot to illustrate how one retailers goes to extra lengths to satisfy customers, while the other does just enough in its relations with its customers. Framco's employees are, among other things, very knowledgeable and courteous, while Home Depot employees are not too helpful.
