Intensely tomato-roasted pepper soup

Article Abstract:

A pressure cooker is used to make the tomato soup. Tips on using garden fresh tomatoes include eating them daily rather than refrigerating them. Excess tomatoes can be frozen solid, stored in bags and used later for soups and stews. A quick sauce, dried tomatoes, and easy stewed tomatoes are also discussed.
