Magic wand

Article Abstract:

The Water Wand for Spider Mite, sells for $22.50, and has been tested by Dr. Bastiaan Drees, Texas A&M professor. It is very effective against mites and aphids. Plain water is used with a special nozzle. Another wand tested by Drees, is the Jet-All Water Wand, at $34.95, good for big jobs.

Weeder mice, weeder ants

Article Abstract:

Research in Guelph, Ontario shows that mice and ants will eat 95% of the weed seeds in a field prepared using the low till method. The mice were better at controling weeds in corn, and ants were better in soybean and wheat fields. The ants and mice reduce the need for herbicides.
