Recipes are presented for dishes that use mild green vegetables such as kale and Swiss chard, combined with stronger greens such as collard and turnip greens. Recipes include creamy pasta with greens, homestyle kale, green and gold with potatoes and Swiss chard.

When pecans are roasted, their natural buttery sweetness deepens. These can be used to make some interesting desserts besides being able to be stored for up to six months if refrigerated.
