Taste summer in homegrown tomatoes

Article Abstract:

Tomatoes can be grown at home either from seeds or from stock transplants available at garden centers. Growing them requires planting in a place which receives a daily minimum of six hours of direct sunlight. They should be watered when they show signs of wilt in mornings.

My first vegetable garden

Neophyte gardeners can plant a vegetable garden in two weekends for only $55. The garden should be kept small to be manageable and must have plenty of sunlight. Transplants are recommended because they are easier to grow than seeds.

Advice on creating and maintaining a vegetable garden is presented. A vegetable garden does not need to be very large, and the wide range of foliage and colour adds interest to the garden as a whole.
