Smooth aster: aster laevis

Article Abstract:

The smooth aster will grow in US agricultures zones 4-9 and blooms in the fall. The have beautiful daisy-like plants that range in color from blue to pink to purple. The smooth aster is drought tolerant and resists powdery mildew.
