The year's first flowers

Article Abstract:

The blooming of snowdrops gives an indication that spring is on the way with the new flowers that emerge and bloom, steadily increasing the area of white within a planting. Among the favorites is the 'Galanthus nivalis' that adorns the woods and ditches and the 'Galanthus Atkinsii', which is a large and robust snowdrop with long flared petals that both cultivates easily and increases well.
