A visit to the well-kept grounds and blossoming flowerbeds of three of Knoxville's historic homes includes the Crescent Bend House and Gardens with 20,000 tulips, Blount Mansion with its lovely gardens, and the 1797 Georgian-style Ramsey House Plantation which includes several gardens that are living exhibits of horticultural heritage. The historical houses and gardens offer inspirational ideas to tend to one's own gardens.
