The jelly jar

Article Abstract:

A man describes how he and his wife became jelly makers. He grows the fruit and she makes the jelly. They sell 75 cases of jams, jellies and preserves each year. Recipes are given for raspberry jam, rhubarb marmalade, English muffins, plum jam, apple jelly, apple/mint jelly, and cranberry jelly.

Clove currant

Article Abstract:

The clove currant offers yellow blossoms in spring, berries in summer and copper-red foliage in fall. The shrub prefers sun or partial shade, if the climate is hot and humid. It requires little maintenance and can survive in USDA zones four through eight.
