The magazine 'This Old HouseEs'(TOH) editor, Donna Sapolin, finds it satisfying to be able to smoothly patch the plaster wall, brush on the paint and repair the leaky faucet as well as other maintenance chores independently in her own house. She believes that her work on the issues of TOH help her in maintaining her own house and serve her well in solving problems related to leaking faucets, water-damaged dry wall and other problems associated with a house.
