Residents of Lodi, located in the Central Valley, experience a significant cooling load on their A/C units, because of the hot climate. A program called as 'House-as-a-System Inspection Program', developed by Rob Lechner demonstrates the importance of examining the health of the home's air delivery system by giving the customers clear information on how to improve their home's performance.
