Furniture/ Today's exclusive survey consisting of nearly one thousand households with emphasize on upholstery buyers showed that worn-out upholstery was one of the most important driving forces for purchasing new upholstery. The survey indicated that the customers look for comfort, durability and overall quality while purchasing new upholstery and at the same time stores can improve their upholstery sales by keeping in mind the customers preferences for competitive prices, product selection and the store's reputation.
