Quatrine fills niche for slipcovered upholstery

Article Abstract:

Quatrine of Torrance, CA, a seller of slipcover upholstery that was established in 1989, is projecting sales of over $8 million in 1998. The nine-store retail chain, founded by Gina and Bill Ellis, moved into the manufacturing field in 1997 in order to exercise more control on the products they sell, a move that has resulted in increased revenues.
