Retailer urges realistic body impression standard

Article Abstract:

Tim Sommer, a retailer in the bedding department urges the industry to have a realistic approach to setting standards and would like the standard for body impression defects in bedding be changed from 1.5 inches to 3 inches and also that the fixed standard should not be mentioned on the warranty card or the Web-site as consumers are far better informed and a higher number of warranty consumers retain than cards before.
