Peter Neuendorff and Larry Yung, of Berkeley, CA, transformed their 2-story Victorian into two distinct living and working spaces. The first floor, which contains an art studio and gallery, is decorated in a Japanese minimalist style while the top floor is eccentric and multicultural.
