The individual differences and the needs of the workforce with respect to personal protection equipments would be helpful in bringing more progress in the company. The respiratory protection equipment (RPE) requirements of women have brought to light a number of issues that affect the entire workplace.

The employees working close to high temperature generation sources are potentially most at risk in industry, as the law does not provide any regulation on the maximum workplace temperatures within buildings. General factors to be regarded in the health and safety at work assessment are provided.

Amendments made in the Fire Precautions Act 1971 are stated, which will reduce death and injuries caused due to fire in the premises of work. Responsibility of compliance with fire safety legislation should lie with employer of a workplace or owner of premises.
