A new habit for trainers: Find your inner voice and help others find theirs

Article Abstract:

Trainers must make their sessions relevant and banish the Industrial Age mindset, recognizing that people are not things but enormously gifted individuals, each uniquely capable of contributing more than they are asked. In order to gain relevance, it is suggested that trainers must adopt the '8th Habit' of finding one's own gifts and powers and helping others find theirs by applying six fundamental factors including clarity and commitment.
