The world becoming increasing complex and increasing transparent demands the leaders to be less rigid and have the ability to respond to the ever-changing environment in order to stay in tune with the business world. While handling various personal, team and organizational challenges, the leaders are required to respond effectively to the complexity of business, be transparent about the reasons for their decisions and communicate with extremely diverse workforce.
