Avoiding the leadership tailspin

Article Abstract:

Leadership is an issue of competence, which involves a function of grasping the three, dimensions such as organizational, operational and people leadership by the leaders and applying these dimensions into their particular leadership role. It also has to do with the effectiveness and relevance of the organization where leaders must give their organization a clear sense of direction and make sure its resources are aligned to that direction.
