An American women in Turkey: adventures unexpected and knowledge unplanned

Article Abstract:

Interviews with professional women employed in Turkey indicate that economics and foreign education have more of an effect on the work environment than gender. Findings included the suggestion that single women need additional cross-cultural training to that provided for all overseas employees.
