Collective bargaining in 2000

Article Abstract:

A total of 30,000 collective bargaining agreements were signed in France in 2000. The introduction of the 35-hour work work for 2002 resulted in these numerous collective bargaining agreements.

New fixed-term contracts law

Article Abstract:

The European Union directive on workplace fixed-term labor contracts has been enacted in Portugal. There are some clearly defined circumstances where these contracts are restricted.
