Companies change strategy to minimize health-care cost increases: USA

Article Abstract:

Companies in the US are looking at ways to tackle the rising health-care costs. The health-care costs are likely to go up in 2005. The survey also reveals that a majority of the companies are not yet offering the Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

Health-care costs are employers greatest concern: USA

A Survey by Buck Consultants has revealed that health care costs in the United States are almost at par with labour costs and this has become a concern for employers. The other key findings of the survey are presented.

The Towers Perrin's 2006 Health Care Cost Survey has revealed that employees will have to bear an 8% increase in their 2006 health care costs.
