Demographics, personality, contact, and universal-diverse orientation: an exploratory examination

Article Abstract:

The relationships between contact, openness to experience, race, gender, and a measure of attitude toward universal-diverse orientation (UDO) is explored. To assess the UDO construct, Miville and her colleagues (1999) developed the 45-item Miville-Guzman Universality-Diversity Scale.

Contextual determinants of reward systems' success: an exploratory study

Article Abstract:

In a study of the effectiveness of employee reward systems, it was found that all types of rewards can be measured for success using the same criteria. Further investigation is needed to determine why many of the reward programs were not successful.
