Dangers for European workers in the US economic model

Article Abstract:

An argument is presented against the application of US socioeconomic strategies to Europe's unemployment problems. Reasons include America's modest increase in job growth rates at the cost of a widening disparity in income distribution, suggesting that the strategies are ineffective in producing macroeconomic results.

How new is the new economy?
