Dogged pursuit: Step away from the gnome

Article Abstract:

Some of the factors that most negatively affect the workplace mood are presented. Survey results found that 52% of executives and 30% of workers feel that lack of open, honest communication takes a heavy toll on morale and also failure of recognizing achievements negatively affects workplace mood.
