Guidance on proving discrimination

Article Abstract:

An issue concerning sex discrimination is studied with reference to the case Shamoon v Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary. In the case, the House of Lords holds that an employee is subjected to detrimental treatment even where he or she does not miss pay or status.

Acas revised guidance on new rights
