Housing in China

Article Abstract:

Foreign companies in China should be well-versed with the local housing situation and pertinent policies to ensure that their stay in the country will not be marred by problems. They are encouraged to invest in housing development but they should not unwarily commit themselves to providing housing to employees since such could become quite expensive in the long run. Some Chinese, including those who work for foreign firms in the country, live and prefer to be with their families.
