How to Have Effective Meetings

Article Abstract:

Guidelines for planning and conducting meetings are outlined. Every meeting should have specific objectives. The subject of the meeting should be published ahead of time. Suggestions for meeting length, time and place are included. A written plan is effective. Playing the role of the great problem solver is discouraged.

A supervisor should treat each of his workers as an individual. A supervisor must be impartial. Dealing with each worker separately will make each person more productive. A supervisor must learn what motivates each worker and then use this to direct the worker in his job.
