Human resource strategy: a process for managing the contribution of HRM to organizational performance

Article Abstract:

Managers responsible for developing human resource (HR) strategies tend to operate on a number of different organizational, societal and individual levels. It can be argued that HR strategy plays a valuable role in bringing together the various levels of analysis at which human resource management operates. It is clear that there are a number of arguments in favour of studying HR strategy as a process, especially in terms of describing emergent strategies.
