Improving work life

Article Abstract:

The guiding philosophy behind the LeaderShip, a program held at Ithaca college, New York, is that one should not confine the search to identify the leaders in any organization to those holding the impressive titles as the most dynamic, valuable leaders may need not necessarily be them but some like administrative assistants. LeaderShip has trained approximately 100 people from all levels of the college and the college has begun receiving return on its training investment by enlisting LeaderShip graduated for projects to make use of their talents.
