How to recruit a recruitment agency

Article Abstract:

A good recruitment agency includes image building and corporate projection in recruitment advertising. A company seeking this service should first determine its specific needs and consider size, location, and staff capability when selecting prospective agencies. Caution is suggested in regard to tendering the recruitment advertising and to offers of 'unbeatable' rates from particular media. A complete presentation using material supplied by the prospective client on contractor premises permits comparison of the agencies being considered. Members of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising are professional UK advertising agencies that conform to certain ethical, financial, and professional criteria.

British designers and consultants with the skills to develop technology-based training (TBT) are in short supply. TBT is included with other educational methods at several British universities and technical schools. Short courses and workshops on TBT provide a useful overview but do not affect current shortages. The growth in demand and projected future growth can only be satisfied by an accelerated development of skilled staff and relevant course material.
