Indoor quality

Article Abstract:

A practical approach to managing the indoor environment is discussed, which can be adversely affected by two extremes of emissions of toxic materials and identification of a possible 'sick building'. It is suggested that air intakes should be sensibly sited in such a way that a proportion of the air is drawn fresh from outside the building and general ventilation is also very helpful in diluting minimally harmful agents.
