Job loss worries over disability, reports DRC

Article Abstract:

A report by the Disability Rights Commission shows that almost one fourth of the non-disabled British work force is of the opinion that they would receive little help from their employers in the event they are disabled. The workers from small businesses were more pessimistic than those working elsewhere. The commission highlighted the need for developing the confidence of employees in this respect and suggestions for employing disabled persons without additional costs are also presented.
