Look who's talking

Article Abstract:

Dow Chemical Co has improved the operations of its employee benefits department by installing an interactive voice response system. The system allows employees to process benefit changes and evaluate 'what if' scenarios. Dow Chemical chose TALX Corp's system because it was easy to install, had good customer support, and had an excellent follow-up on vendor service and support. The system can provide employees with information in several areas, including account balances, payroll deductions, loans, investment directions, and fund transfers.
