Worker's adaptability to cultural differences, after acquisition and merger is examined. Cultural anxieties of worker of Swedish firms, Volvo Cars and AstraZeneca, taken over by an American and a British company, are analyzed.

Teamworking structure and worker perceptions: a cross-national study

Teamworking structures and team member perceptions of a British and German subsidiary of a multinational pharmaceutical company are compared and analyzed. The results of the study are presented.
