Chronic pain is one of the main causes of work-related sickness, which is found more in people working in agriculture, construction and manufacturing sectors that also leads to depression. Musculoskeletal pains can be reduced by better fitness with appropriate exercises and a lot of centers are offering free counseling services to help such patients.
