Organizations offered their employees cash compensation based on their skills, performance and their value in the newly developed labour market. Benefits in the form of various old age pension schemes, health insurance, disability pension, coverage for death due to illness/disability or accident, canteen service, company car, mobile phones, housing allowance, subsidies to childrenEs summer camps are offered to employees based on their needs.

The introduction of corporate pensions in the Republic of Korea

Article Abstract:

The Republic of Korea is the largest in the world and has a very energetic economy, which is planning to start a voluntary corporate pension scheme in addition to the other benefits that shall be provided to the employees. The Korean employers who plan to introduce this corporate pension scheme will be provided with either a distinct benefit plan or a distinct contribution arrangement.

Report from the Czech Republic: social security and insured benefits

Article Abstract:

The need for a fundamental pension reform due to the imbalances in the pension system and reduced involvement of the States' role was felt. Insured employee benefit programmes that intended to provide efficient remuneration, motivate and stabilize the workforce, were also influenced by tax and legal conditions.
