Knowledge of disability transfers under TUPE

Article Abstract:

The ruling by a Nottingham employment tribunal in the case of Jolly v (1) Namdarkham (2) Green King Retail Services Ltd is presented. The tribunal ruled that information about an employees disability passes to the transferee of a business regulated under the Transfer of Employment (Protection of Employees) Regulations 1981 (TUPE).
