Stress and strain

Article Abstract:

Work related stress can lead to severe problems in the upper limbs, which involves physical and psychosocial elements, but the major difficulty in treating such problems is that patients do not come for medical aid till the situation is worst. Thus, it is the right time for the companies to launch procedures, which motivate the employees to report health problems quickly.
