The companies for years have known that trust is a huge competitive advantage in the marketplace and they realize that learning is a vehicle to gain it. The companies like Harley-Davidson, Fidelity Investments and Symantec are employing the services of training and development staffs, concentrating on the extended chain consisting of customers, suppliers, distributors, and other strategic partners.
