The role of human resource management in cross-border mergers and acquisitions

Article Abstract:

The cross-border mergers have more impact on employees than domestic mergers. A research is presented which analyses the role of human resources management in the acquisitions and mergers of companies in terms of resources, processes and values in the integration stage of an internationa l merging management.

Innovative human resource practices and organizational commitment: an empirical investigation

Article Abstract:

This study examines the relationship of three dimensions of innovative human resource practices (IHRPs): importance, introduction and satisfaction. Accordingly, study findings indicated that the introduction dimension is the most important predictor of organizational commitment.
