The Accident Database CD-Rom contains records of around 9,000 workplace accidents. About 2,000 of the records include a more detailed analysis of the actions taken by the companies following the incident. Some records are extremely detailed whilst others offer very limited information. The tutorial is helpful but could have be easier to access. The CD-ROM was developed by the Institution of Chemical Engineers. It is aimed at the chemical industry and tries to point out how they can avoid past mistakes. It costs 750 pounds sterling.
