How can I reengineer my business procedures?

Article Abstract:

Insurers should take advantage of new technology and see if all or part of their operations need to be reengineered. Reengineering can affect costs, revenues and customer satisfaction. The insurer should objectively review current operations, looking for places where improvement is possible. Once strengths and weaknesses are identified, the reengineering can be designed towards specific ends.
