Read all about it to avoid trouble

Article Abstract:

Cynthia Davidson of Santa Monica, CA, wrote "The Market Conduct Handbook for Agents" to provide agents and other insurance professionals answers on how to avoid misconduct and its penalties. Agents often do not understand that their day-to-day activities have a large impact on market compliance and conduct issues, although the insurance company is ultimately responsible. They have the responsibility to educate themselves to avoid misconduct.
