Who can help my agency redefine our workflows?

Article Abstract:

Commission reductions can foil production

Article Abstract:

Insurance firms need to find alternative ways to motivate agents in the face of declining commissions. Frank and open communication is essential so that agents understand why their commissions are being reduced. Reductions in paperwork burdens can help agents maximize the time they can devote to selling. Management should seek to maintain a positive attitude and be as responsive as possible to employee suggestions and concerns.
